1. General (please read carefully)

Anywhere "product" or "products" is used, it means all products offered (paid or free) through uxplugins.com.

Anywhere "Asset" or "Assets" is used, it means templates or designed components created by the uxplugins team or third parties.

This license does not apply to Assets created by third parties or released under different licenses—see each collection for details. Third-party asset collections made available by default are typically under an open source or free license so they can be used in uxplugins projects where that license allows.

• Do not resell our products, or any part of our products, in any format (online or as a copy on a device).
• Do not distribute our products, or any part of our products, without permission.
• When you purchase a uxplugins.com product, you are purchasing a license to use that product—not unrestricted ownership of the underlying files for redistribution.
• Our license allows use of the products in "one single end product" whose end users are not charged to access or use. You may do this yourself or, as a freelancer, create that end product for one client to distribute free to its end users. You may charge your client to produce the single end product. Distribution of source files is not permitted.
• This is a "single application" license, not a "multi-use" license: you may activate this license only for one system, as further described in your product documentation.
• You may not redistribute the Item as stock, in a tool, template, plugin, or widget, or with source files—alone or bundled with other items, even if modified. You may not redistribute or make available the Item as-is or with only superficial modifications.
• You may modify the Item and remove components before creating your single end product, but you may not extract and use a single component of an Item on a stand-alone basis.

Auto Icon licensing

Icons in Auto Icon come from various open-source libraries and repositories, often under licenses that allow personal and commercial use. You are responsible for verifying and complying with the specific license for each icon. Review individual licenses and ensure compliance with copyright and licensing when using icons from Auto Icon in your projects.

Brand assets (used in Auto Icon)

Auto Icon may include brand logos from collections such as SVGporn or similar sources. While a collection may be under a permissive license (e.g. CC0), logos remain the property of their owners and may have separate restrictions. We work to respect usage permissions, but you must do your own due diligence, follow brand guidelines, and obtain permission where required. Comply with copyright and trademark law and any restrictions from brand owners.

2. Products license agreement

This agreement is between you and the owners of uxplugins.com ("Website"). By downloading a plugin, widget, or related package from this website (where we offer direct downloads), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not download or use the products. Purchases made through third-party checkout (e.g. Gumroad) are also subject to that platform's terms.

3. Use of package

Activation

The package may require activation or registration. Failure to activate, fraudulent or unauthorized use, may result in reduced functionality or the package not operating.

uxplugins account–based activation

If you obtained the package using a uxplugins account, you may activate the package on up to 2 devices (including virtual machines) at a time, unless a specific product states otherwise.

License key activation

If the package uses a license key, you must not have the package installed on more than two devices (including virtual machines) at a time, unless permitted by your license.

You may register a uxplugins account and transfer a license to that account using the license key; the key may then be invalidated and account-based rules above apply.

Updates

The package may notify you to download and install updates (bug fixes, features, or new versions) from uxplugins servers or designated channels. You agree to receive such notifications as part of your use of the package.

4. Our products may not be used

• For resale or distribution of Assets (modified or unmodified) to others. Do not share templates or widgets where prohibited by your license.
• For unlawful purposes or in a way that could harm the reputation of uxplugins.com.
• Ownership of the product does not transfer to you. Your license is non-transferable: you may not sell, rent, give, or transfer the template or the right to use the product to someone else, except as expressly allowed (e.g. a single client end product as in Section 1). Work you create with the product must be for you or your client as permitted.
• uxplugins.com cannot guarantee the legality of every asset or third-party component. You use our products and this site at your own risk. Some items may require third-party rights or licenses—it is your sole responsibility to obtain them.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless uxplugins.com and its employees and suppliers against claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to a breach of this Agreement, your use of the site or products, failure to follow restrictions on use, or third-party claims related to your use of content (including images).

uxplugins.com shall not be liable for general, punitive, special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, lost profits, or other damages, costs, or losses arising from your use of the website or the products, except where such exclusion is not allowed by law.

6. Price changes

Prices for subscriptions and products may change with or without notice. We may change or modify these Terms and Conditions without notice; the version on this page controls (see Section 13).

7. Delivery method

Some files may be hosted externally, delivered via CDN, or through our servers. We may change delivery methods. We will aim to provide a continued way to use the product. We are not responsible for limitations of third-party hosts or CDNs.

8. Refund policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for one-time purchases (for example, license keys) when the product has not been used. Subscription products and credit subscriptions are non-refundable. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime to stop future billing cycles.

To request a refund, contact support at [email protected] within the 7-day window and include your purchase email and receipt. Refund eligibility may require verification that the product/license has not been used. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

The Licensor is not responsible for liability arising from content you or a third party provides that is accessed through the Products or linked materials, and disclaims liability in respect thereof.

10. Limitation of liability and remedies

Notwithstanding any damages you might incur for any reason, the entire liability of the Licensor under this EULA and your exclusive remedy shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Package/Product, except where a higher minimum applies under mandatory law.

11. Indemnity

The Licensee shall indemnify the Licensor against loss, damage, or expense arising out of the Licensee's misuse of any Product in the Package or violation of this EULA.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the website or products will be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to this agreement

uxplugins.com may modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on this website. Unless stated otherwise, modifications take effect when posted. If you do not agree, your remedy is to stop using the website and/or products.

14. Disclaimers; no warranties

THE WEBSITE (UXPLUGINS.COM) AND ALL UX PLUGINS PRODUCTS ARE MADE AVAILABLE ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. UXPLUGINS.COM HAS NO OBLIGATION TO MONITOR, CONTROL, OR VET ALL CONTENT OR DATA. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK. UXPLUGINS.COM MAKES NO CLAIMS OR PROMISES ABOUT THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY OF THE WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
